What is a Liberty Virtual Office?

It's a crucial step in starting and growing a business by giving you a seamless transition to a physical office address. This can be as simple as a prestigious CBD mailing address to allow you to present a professional image whilst basing yourself elsewhere - to a full mail and call handling service where our team act as your receptionists, answering calls in your company name and transferring them to you wherever you may be. What happens if my clients turn up at reception asking for me?

Our team are trained to deal with unexpected guests, they will simply inform your clients that you are out of the office at the moment and try to contact you by telephone. If they cannot reach you they will take the visitors details and email them to you.

How do you deal with my mail?

That's up to you. We can hold it for collection, forward it to a different address or open it, scan it and email it to you, the choice is yours.

What happens when people call my Virtual Office telephone number?

Each virtual office client is issued a different telephone number, your company details are displayed on the screen in front of the receptionist when a call comes in. They answer in your company name and follow the instructions you provide when you set up the service.

How quickly can you set up my Virtual Office up?

Within 2 working hours.

How long do I have to commit for?

Our normal minimum term is 3 months, shorter terms may be agreed.

What happens if I want to upgrade to an office half way through my Virtual Office contract?

Your virtual office agreement is fully transferable and can be upgraded at any time.

What is a Liberty Meeting Room & Conference Venue?

A Liberty Meeting room is a suite of meeting areas and conference venues which can be hired by the hour for interviews, presentations, board meetings and networking events. We even offer solutions for arbitration.

Do I have to be an existing customer to book a meeting room?

No. Our facilities are available to everyone.

Does your pricing include all presentation equipment?

Yes. Unlike other providers we have chosen not to charge for projectors, presentation screens, whiteboards and flip charts. They are included in the price of the room and it's all top of the line equipment to make sure you look professional.

Do you provide catering?

Yes, we have a range of options from breakfast to executive lunches. We have full day delegate packages which include room hire, equipment and all catering.

Can you accommodate bookings out of normal office hours?

Yes – we always do our best to accommodate you at any time of day.

What is the smallest meeting room you provide?

We have one on one interview rooms.

What is the largest conference room you provide?

We can provide conference suites that can accommodate up to 100 people each.

It is a workstation with a corporate grade internet connection that can be booked by the hour.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Do you charge a flag-fall on your telephone calls?

No, we will never charge flag falls to our clients, this is a significant point of difference when comparing Liberty with other providers.

Do you offer any free calls?

Yes, we offer free local calls to all of our clients who select our standard handset package.

Is voicemail included?

Yes. There is one voicemail box per extension.

How do I know when I have got a voicemail?

A red light will flash on your handset and an audio file will be emailed to you so that you can listen to your voicemail on your smart phone if you are out of the office.

Is a direct dial number included?

Yes, each handset has its own unique direct dial number.

Is there a download limit on my internet connection?

No. This is another point of difference for Liberty, most operators set a limit for downloads and charge per Mb once you have used the initial limit.

Can I access a VPN from a Liberty Executive Office?

Yes. You need a dedicated connection to do this, but Liberty are able to provide both dedicated and shared networks.

How does your broadband connection differ from my home service?

Our broadband connection is corporate grade fibre direct from the network operator. We do not share our connection with anybody else. Our network is monitored and business critical. Most home connections are 'contended' which means the performance of the network will vary depending on the number of users on the network at any given time. Effectively a home connection is big shared network that can have thousands of users which affect the speed and quality of service you receive.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Your telecoms and broadband connections form part of your office agreement.
