Are Executive Serviced Offices only suitable for start-up and small businesses?

There is a common misconception that serviced offices are only suitable for start-up and small businesses. This is a myth! Smaller businesses benefit from the flexibility and instant onsite support provided by Liberty's Executive Serviced Offices. But larger businesses recognise that having the ability to focus on their core business whilst leaving the non-core facilities management to Liberty also makes good sense. Our clients range from home-workers to multi-national organisations and everyone in between. And they stay with us so it's clear they see the financial and productivity benefit.

At what point does an Executive Serviced Office stop being cost effective?

The ONLY time a Liberty Executive Serviced Office stops' being cost effective is when you have a requirement for 50+ people consistently for in excess of 3 years. If you do not have certainty of headcount or term, then committing to a conventional lease is a very risky strategy. Our solutions provide you with flexibility to upsize and downsize on very short notice, no capital expenditure at the outset and no significant make good costs on exit. 100% efficient office space is what we provide -  it's simple.

How many people can an Executive Serviced Office accommodate?

How long do I have to commit for?

We can provide accommodation for as little as 30 minutes albeit our normal terms start from 3 months.

Why do companies choose Liberty?

The serviced office market has matured with many organisations now choosing serviced offices over conventional leases because they recognise the benefits in outsourcing non-core activities and maintaining the agility required to succeed in today's contract and project driven economy. The key to making the right decision is to get into the detail. Liberty have transformed the industry with an honest and open pricing policy for all consumable items, such as telephone calls, internet usage, printing and meeting room hire. We charge fairly and we keep clients longer. We are so confident in this mantra that we offer both a price promise guarantee AND a free market comparison service prior to you making your decision.
