Located half way between the Perth Underground and Esplanade Train Stations, Allendale Square at 77 St Georges Terrace is easy to get to and from. The Bus port is less than 200 metres away and the city’s free bus and CAT buses run every minute along St Georges Terrace and William, Hay, Murray and Wellington Streets. The building provides onsite parking (subject to availability) and easy access to numerous public parking facilities. All those who occupy Allendale Square will have access to an unprecedented range of retail amenities and services, all in close proximity. Immediately opposite on its western side is the enex100 arcade (Century City), which houses high-end fashion outlets, cafés, a food hall, Woolworths supermarket and other retailers. A few steps away are the Hay and Murray Street shopping malls. To the west is the Brookfield BHP Billiton Tower. Currently called City Square, the precinct will house BHP Billiton’s new corporate offices. City Square will offer extensive retail and a multitude of restaurant tenancies.

We offer a range of meetings rooms available on a pay as you use basis. This removes the need to take more space than you need just so you can accommodate the occasional meeting. Furthermore the onsite team manage everything from serving refreshments to setting up the presentation equipment allowing you to focus on the objectives of the meeting.
Video Conferencing
As Perth is one of the most isolated Cities on the planet we have invested in the latest Polycom Video-conferencing technology so that our clients can have face to face meetings without the need to travel. As with our meeting rooms it’s available to our clients on a pay as you use basis.
Reception
Our chic reception area has been designed with clients in mind. There is no Liberty signage and no reference to the myriad of companies occupying our floors, which presents a clean and corporate image to all visitors and provides a level of credibility to our clients. The reception is manned during office hours and our professional team are on hand to greet your guests, show them to your meeting or simply inform you of their arrival.
Break Out Space
On each floor we have designed a fully stocked kitchen and breakout area with bench seating, hot water dispensers, fridges and dishwashers. You can help yourself to tea and coffee with our compliments and we operate an honesty system for all other beverages. Our onsite team will keep the kitchen clean and tidy together with loading and unloading the dishwasher during their regular housekeeping checks, one less thing for you to worry about.
